SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via USPS within 7-10 business days of the date of purchase. Please note we are unable to make changes to your order or shipping address once an order has been received. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE? Exchanges are accepted on unworn, unwashed goods if you happen to order the wrong size. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back. Please e-mail for details on where to send your original item to, along with the size that you need to exchange.
SIMPLE RETURN: Returns are accepted for all unworn, unwashed goods and may be returned for a full STORE CREDIT of actual product purchase price as long as the tags are attached. This does not include shipping. We MUST receive your merchandise within 15 days from the date your order was placed. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the refund does not include the cost of originally shipping the order to you. Exchanges will not be accepted at store locations.
FACEMASKS AND HEADBANDS: Facemasks and headbands are final sale items. We will not accept returns on these items.
CHRISTMAS GIFT: If you have received a Northern Drift item as a gift, you have until January 1, 2021 to make an exchange or it may be returned for a full STORE CREDIT of actual product purchase price as long as the tags are attached and you have your receipt. This does not include shipping. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the refund does not include the cost of originally shipping the order to you. Exchanges will not be excepted at store locations.
DISCONTINUED ITEMS: Discontinued items are final sale. Returns/exchanges are not accepted.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Upon receipt please inspect your order. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact Northern Drift within 7 days of receipt. Please send an email to . We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for more than 7 days. Shipping will not be refunded.
